Raising the game

 

Chef Tom Godber-Ford-Moore has written an excellent piece for the Countryside Alliance on the importance of game rearing and preparation.

Tom spent a very chilly day at the Challacombe shoot in January, with Adam Holden from Berry Bros, making a short film about chick to chiller trace-ability, how sustainability in shooting is paramount and how Loyton Sporting is constantly pushing for the best ways to do this to produce healthy birds, great sport and delicious game meat.
