Ben is an experienced and dedicated Head Keeper with over 15 years of expertise in game and wildlife management, specialising in the development and management of high-quality pheasant and partridge shoots. Previously Head Keeper at Badminton Estate, Ben oversees every aspect of the shoot operation, from habitat and game management to leading a team of keepers and coordinating with estate staff, farmers and forestry teams. His practical, hands-on approach, combined with a commitment to continual improvement, resulted in enhanced drives, improved bird returns and the successful delivery of exceptional sporting experiences.

Having built his career across some of the UK's most respected sporting estates, Ben combines extensive field experience with formal qualifications in Game and Wildlife Management from Sparsholt College. Passionate about conservation, countryside management, and best practice, he is committed to maintaining healthy wildlife populations while producing sustainable, high-quality shooting. Outside of work, Ben is a keen deer stalker and enjoys all aspects of country life, bringing the same enthusiasm and professionalism to his personal pursuits as he does to his role.
