His time there reinforced his reputation for attention to detail, strong leadership of keepering teams, and a calm, consistent approach to estate management.
Now returned to Haddeo as Head Keeper, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of game and habitat management, shoot operations, welfare standards, and team leadership. He is known for combining traditional fieldcraft with forward‑thinking environmental stewardship, ensuring the estate continues to deliver outstanding sport while maintaining a balanced and sustainable countryside.
